  • In our first meeting, we want you to feel at ease and start building a connection with us. We'll also gather some background about your concerns and explain how therapy can help. To save time, we handle most administrative tasks online beforehand.

  • There's no one-size-fits-all answer to how often you should see a therapist. You'll discuss this with your therapist at the beginning to find a schedule that works for your needs and goals. Typically, people start with weekly sessions for a few weeks, then move to sessions every other week for a while. Eventually, appointments might become monthly, and then even less frequent for check-ins. Some people prefer occasional sessions from the beginning, while others stick with weekly appointments for longer. The key is to find what works best for you. While we recommend regular sessions, especially at the start, you can always cancel or reschedule with enough notice.

  • We understand that things come up, but to be fair to both you and your practitioner, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a full fee for the session cost.
